This is the Story is a podcast about the June 22, 2021 referendum at Grand Forks (N.D.) Public Schools. The referendum includes two questions - a bond for up to $86 million for school improvement projects and a 10-mill increase in the building fund. This referendum will impact every school facility in the city of Grand Forks for years to come.
