This episode all also features Jada Pannell and Gabby Smith ( 29 min - 62 min ). Jada is a Nationally Certified Counselor and works for an all Black owned private practice in Pittsburgh. Gabby is a certified School counselor and works at an Elementary school ( with Nick ) just outside of DC in Silver Spring, MD. All three women came to discuss the importance of mental health and self care and the understanding that the Black community is in a time of "crisis."
